James Hull Associates currently has 48 sites located throughout the UK. The company is a privately owned Dental Body Corporate, led by CEO Dr James Hull. Dr Hull founded the group in 1987 with his first dental practice in Newport, Wales and continues to maintain his clinical skills as a dentist.

The group has grown to its current size due primarily to the entrepreneurial skills of Dr Hull and now with the new investors Hutton Collins the future of the group is secured.

Hutton Collins was pleased to announce its investment in James Hull Associates (“JHA”), the market leader in premium specialist and cosmetic dental treatment in the UK. Hutton Collins invested alongside the founder and CEO, James Hull, who was looking for a partner to assist with the future growth and acquisition-led expansion of the business.

Hutton Collins made a preferred equity investment and acquired a substantial minority equity stake in the business. In order to expedite the transaction process, Hutton Collins also underwrote the senior facilities, which are currently being syndicated.

Founded in 1987, JHA operates 48 dental practices across the UK. The Group, through its leading specialist and cosmetic dental surgeons, is a centre of clinical excellence for a range of dental treatments, including dental implants, complex bridgework and teeth whitening. In addition the Group has recently expanded its services to offer non-invasive cosmetic surgery procedures (Muscle Relaxant Treatment and Dermal Fillers ) at a number of its clinics.
